3 weeks after defending my dissertation, I moved to Binghamton University to join the faculty as an assistant professor in the Earth Sciences department. I am excited to continue building my research and develop new collaborations here in Upstate NY! I’ll be recruiting grad students to join my lab next fall, stay tuned for more information.

I defended my dissertation and became a Dr! It wraps up 6 years at UMass working with in beautiful ecosystems, learning from incredible colleagues and collaborators. I would not be the scientist I am today without the never-ending support and guidance of my advisor Christine.

Had a great time at AGU this year with two fantastic groups, presenting our work that started in the summer! Sadly we were too busy to even get photos together. But here’s to many more AGUs!
